The first-cycle degree in International Trade Relations aims to meet the increasing and changing demands concerning the international trade, a crucial area to the countries development, through human resources specific and qualified training in this field.

 

This degree provides the graduate with professional skills in order:

a) to understand the international trade relations;

b) to be open to global and intercultural contexts;

c) to analyse international trade issues;

d) to be an entrepreneur;

e) to understand information technology.

The graduate in International Trade Relations is able to perform his professional activity in:

  • To apply to the first cycle of studies, students must fulfil the following conditions:

    - Have successfully completed a secondary course + entrance examination required (One among the following: Economics, Geography or Portuguese)

    - Applicants over 23 years old (Decree-Law 64/2006, of 21 March)

    - Change of institution, readmission and change of course.

     

     

    Application schedule

    Applicants who hold a secondary course + entrance examination

        - 1st phase – 1st June to 27th July

        - 2nd phase – 8th August to 14th September

     

    Applicants aged over 23

        - Application : till 28th April

        - Interview: 14th and 15th May

        - Written exam:17th May

     

    Transfer, re-entry and change of course applicants

        - 1st phase: 1st June to 13th July

        - 2nd phase: (just for left over vacancies):3rd August to 3rd September
