ISCET is a polytechnic higher education institution founded on 25th September of 1990 by Decree no. 898. It offers 1st cycle- degree courses in Human Resources Management, International Trade Relations, Labour and Social Psychology, Marketing and Advertising, Social Work, Solicitor and Tourism and 2nd cycle degrees in Marketing and International Business, Tourism and Business Development and Social Work and Socio-Education Intervention as well as post- graduations and specialised trainings.

The first- cycle courses aim to offer a scientific, solid and updated knowledge, to develop attitudes and competences needed for lifelong learning as well as to provide opportunities and means for students to achieve a cultural qualification and civic engagement. The second- cycle courses and post-graduations - a complement of first-cycles - aim to deepen the former acquired skills.

ISCET project stands on the assurance of the best educational conditions, valuing students’ dedication and rewarding their merit.
