The dates for the program of studies/activities must be established on the basis of an individual contract between the grant’s student, the host and the home institution. Those dates will be used as reference for the grant’s payment. In case of changes of dates (mobility reduction or extension), students must inform the host institution until 30 days before the end of the mobility period. Adjustments to the total grant may occur.
A learning agreement should be sent to the international relations office (IRO) of the host institution after the approval and signature of the sending institution in order to be validated. Although it is recommended the student completes 30 ECTS per semester and 60 ECTS per year, the sending and hosting institutions may agree that the number of ECTS can be slightly higher or lower. Changes to the initial component titles, must be done within 30 days upon the student’s arrival.
How to fill the learning agreement:
→ Choose the component titles from the course catalogue available at host institution’s website and fill in table 1;
→ Fill in table 2 with the component titles equivalent at your home university;
→ Sign the learning agreement and ask for signatures of your coordinator and send then to the host institution’s IRO;
→ The Host University will sign the document, issues a letter of acceptance and send them back to the student.

European Card Health Insurance
Students taking part in Erasmus+ mobility programmes must hold the European Card of Health Assistance, valid during the entire mobility period. This card must be requested to the Social Security Service of the home country and allows students to take advantage of health services in the host country equal to national citizens under the same circumstances.
Visa, whenever necessary, is a high priority issue since the process may take several weeks to be concluded. After selection results are published, the student must contact the Consulate or Embassy of the host country to request information about all the necessary documents. In order to obtain the Visa, the student will need the insurance and the acceptance letter provided by the host institution.
After arriving at the destination country, the student should go to host institution in order to:
→ meet with the contact person of your host institution;
→ get the certificate of arrival signed to send it to the home institution;
→ receive the schedule of lessons;
→ check the components titles in the learning agreement against the schedule of lessons and do some changes if there is a situation of time conflict;
→ attend the welcome session and be introduced to lecturers;
At the end of mobility
A transcript of records with the grades will be issued and sent by post to the partner institution and by email both to the student and the international relations office of the sending institution.
The subjects approved shall be recognized at home institution.
The certificate of attendance will be provided to the student with the dates of beginning and end of mobility in accordance with the ones established in the contract.
Incoming students are also requested to complete a feedback questionnaire for monitoring incoming mobility programme at the host institution.

The International Relations Office (GRI) of ISCET constitutes a structure of coordination, monitoring and operational support to the development of all the internationalization initiatives, particularly in the context of education and training.
The International Relations Office promotes and supports ISCET's activity in its relationship with foreign countries. Of particular importance are the development of partnerships under the Erasmus + programme and the development of collaboration with Portuguese-speaking countries. This activity is mainly based on supporting students, teaching and administrative staff as well as the maintenance of systematic contacts with international partners in order to enable their participation in research projects and the exchange of both students and teaching staff.
