The period of student mobility for study and internship purposes has a minimum duration of three and a maximum duration of 12 months.
Mobility of teachers for teaching purposes requires 8 hours of teaching activity.
Mobility for training purposes lasts 5 days.
Procedures for applying for teaching or training purposes:

• Teachers wishing to participate in mobility programmes for teaching or training purposes must contact the institutions where they wish to carry out the mobility in order to obtain their acceptance. This requirement is mandatory in order to apply to ISCET.

Applications from teachers for teaching purposes or from teaching and non-teaching staff for training purposes are submitted by completing the Mobility Agreement contracts.
 

After the publication of the selection and ranking results, students have ten working days to confirm their application with the International Relations Office.

Mobility dates for study and internship purposes are established through an individual financial contract and an agreement (Learning Agreement) signed between the host institution and/or company and ISCET. The dates and destination will be used as a reference for awarding the grant. In the event of a change of dates (reduction or extension of the mobility period), the student must inform ISCET of the reasons for this change no later than 30 days before the end of the period. Under these circumstances, adjustments may be made to the total value of the grant.
Students without a grant (zero grant) can participate in the mobility programme and enjoy all the rights and obligations equivalent to any Erasmus+ student.

The study contract must be drawn up by consulting the syllabus and curricular unit programmes at the host institutions, and be signed by the student, ISCET Institutional Erasmus Coordinator and the host institution before the start of the mobility period.
The curricular units included in the study plan must correspond to a minimum of 30 ECTS, an equivalent number of credits per semester, at the home institution.
Any proposed changes to the initial study contract must be made within 30 days of the student's arrival at the host institution.

→ Choose the course units listed in the course catalogue available on the host institution's website and fill in table 1;
→ Complete table 2 with the equivalent course units at the home institution;
→ Sign the contract, request the signature of the Institutional Coordinator and send it to the host institution's International Relations Office;
→ Ask the host university to validate the study contract and issue a letter of acceptance.

Mobility for the purposes of curricular internships in companies implies the signing of a Learning Agreement for Traineeship contract between ISCET and the company that is willing to accept and monitor said internship. O número de ECTS varia de acordo com o Plano de Estudos de cada curso ou ciclo de estudos.

One of the objectives of the EU's Erasmus+ programme for education, training, youth and sport is to help improve language skills. OLS (Online Linguistic Support) is a language learning support and its use is compulsory for all participants in Erasmus+ mobility programmes.
In order to assess linguistic progress in the language used during mobility, the Erasmus+ student must undergo the assessment at two points: before and at the end of the mobility period.

Students taking part in Erasmus+ mobility must hold a European Health Insurance Card, valid for the entire period of mobility. This card can be requested from the social security office in the country of origin. Para além do Cartão Europeu de Seguro de Doença, os participantes devem ser portadores de um seguro de acidentes pessoais válido para o período de mobilidade.

After arriving in the destination country, the student must go to the host institution to:
→ contact the International Relations Office;
→ sign the certificate of arrival and then send it to the home institution;
→ obtain the class timetable;
→ check if there is a timetable conflict between the curricular units and the timetables to be attended;
→ comply with the host institution's assessment regulations;
→ pass 80 per cent of the ECTS.
 

After arriving in the destination country, the student must:
→ report to the company on the date and at the time stipulated in the agreement signed between the student, ISCET and the company/organisation;
→ fulfil the working hours;
→ carry out the proposed activities;
→ respect the culture of the company/organisation;
→ experience different cultures and experiences;
→ learn to work in an international context.
 

After the end of the mobility period for study purposes, the host institution issues and sends ISCET a transcript of records for each student, as well as a certificate of attendance mentioning the start and end date of the mobility (Certificate of Attendance).
In the case of mobility for traineeship purposes, companies/organisations must complete Table D (Traineeship Certificate by the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise) contained in the Higher Education Learning Agreement for Traineeship, providing qualitative and quantitative information on the trainee's performance.
The classifications obtained by each student, both in study mobility and in the traineeship, are recognised and recorded by ISCET.
After returning to ISCET, all students are required to complete an online questionnaire for the purposes of monitoring the Erasmus+ mobility programme.
